Refund policy

All floor models, clearance items, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Floor models are sold as-is and may show minor wear, markings, or imperfections. Any known imperfections will be clearly communicated through notes and/or photos and reflected in the pricing.

For floor models or as is products, all sales are considered final once processed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations prior to shipment or delivery, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, exchanges are not always possible.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery. Once an item has been accepted, it cannot be returned for cosmetic concerns.


New items may be returned within 5 days of delivery or pick up

  • Please contact us to arrange the return
  • $150 return shipping fee must be paid for by the customers within 80 km of the store. Outside of that radius, additional charges may apply
  • All returns are subject to a $150 cleaning and restocking fee

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our new products and floor models, and offer the following limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use:

Leather – 1 Year Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in leather for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This does not cover:

  • Natural markings or variations in leather
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care

Frame – 1 Year Warranty
Covers structural defects in the frame for one (1) years from the date of purchase.

Power Recliners – 1 Year Warranty
All power recliner components are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.


Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to new products and floor models and is non-transferable
  • As-is products are not covered under warranty
  • Proper care and maintenance are required to maintain warranty coverage
