- Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can fit through entryways, hallways, elevators, and staircases
- Additional fees may apply for difficult access, missed deliveries, or rescheduling
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
White glove delivery teams will make reasonable efforts to place items in your desired location but are not responsible for:
- Structural limitations of the space
- Removal of existing furniture (unless explicitly arranged)
- Damage resulting from inadequate access or pre-existing conditions
